First Verify if the WLAN service is started and set to automatic, if the WLAN service is stopped, I would suggest you to start the service and put it to automatic.
Method 1: Please follow the steps to start the WLAN service.
1.Click on Start, type in services.msc and press Enter.
2.Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, Right click properties
3.Change the startup type to Automatic
4.Click on Start button
5.Click on Apply, Ok.
Restart the computer and verify if it works.
Also check if all the dependencies are also running. Try the steps to check Dependencies.
6.Right-click on WLAN Autoconfig and select Properties.
7.Click on Dependencies, you will find all the dependency services under box labeled this service depends on the following system components.
Method 2: Run an inbuilt Network troubleshooter.
1. Press Widows + X key and select Control Panel.
2. Type troubleshooting and select troubleshooting.
3. Click on view all on the left pane and select Network adapter.
Method 3: If the issue persist, Uninstall and Reinstall the Network Card Drivers.
Step 1: Uninstall the Network Adapter Drivers
a. Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
b. Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
c. Search for the Network Adapter from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
d. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
