Go to Lenovo's website, navigate to Support / drivers & downloads and type your product's name in the selector. Then choose the correct product (notebook, tablet).


I would recommend that you download and install all available drivers - one of each category.

An example on how to select the correct driver is:


At the website there are 6 drivers under 'Bluetooth' and only 3 of them are for Windows 8.1. One of the final three is for Atheros-Broadcom and two for Intel. One of the two Intel drivers is older than the other. Now you are left with two possible drivers: Atheros and the latest Intel. To see which of them is the correct, open the Device Manager opening Control Panel > Hardware and Sound. You should be able to see the Bluetooth device and probably the manufacture. If not, download both drivers and try to install them. The incorrect one will fail to install. The same way eliminate incompatible drivers out of each category and install the correct ones. Restart your PC when prompted.
